Indera Motors "APPROVED" is Launched

Recently, Indera Motors Sdn Bhd, in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific, has formally launched a certified Pre-Owned Programme, branded as "APPROVED".

The programme has been developed by a multi-functional Jaguar Land Rover Team, benchmarking various programmes to create an industry leading programme that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

This experience is more in line with purchasing a brand new vehicle; removing concerns of future ownership through detailed vehicle preparation and the provision of a best in class warranty and roadside assistance."

To support this new programme, Jaguar Land Rover have developed the APPROVED Customer Promise. The Customer Promise is the cornerstone of the APPROVED programme and provides customers with a value proposition that is unique to Indera Motors Sdn Bhd and the Jaguar Land Rover network. It gives our customers absolute peace of mind and ensures their vehicle delivers the most exhilirating drive possible.

The Customer Promise contains elements such as two years approved warranty, 24/7 roadside assistance, 165 multi point inspection, trained technicians, provenance and service history, road test and independently inspected.

The two years approved warranty is a comprehensive cover that is equivalent to that of a new car warranty, using only Genuine Parts. It covers repairs for sudden and unexpected mechanical or electrical failure and work is only ever undertaken by their Trained Technicians, nothing less. This Warranty covers customers for a minimum of two years and is only available through Indera Motors Sdn Bhd.

The 24/7 roadside assistance has been created to give their customers complete peace of mind and should they ever need it, a truly seamless service. It covers unknowns such as immobilisation due to breakdown or accident, and their car will be covered for the entire Warranty period.

They have a checklist in place that has to be followed to the letter for their 165 multi point inspection. This guarantees their vehicles are in the best possible electrical and mechanical condition and their bodywork is pristine. Using the very latest technologies, tools and diagnostic equipment, their technicians will carry our these checks with the utmost detail.

It takes a certain type of person to deliver the levels of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that they expect. Any reconditioning work will be undertaken by Trained Technicians using specific tools, diagnostic equipment and Genuine Jaguar or Land Rover Parts. They always strive for perfection, which is why only their Approved Retailers should ever undertake the work.
