IITGT iCARe launched its iCARe mobile app

Insurans Islam TAIB General Takaful (IITGT) recently introduced its iCare mobile app, a service that provide customers to request emergency roadside assistance with ease via mobile phones.

The launched was officiated by Acting Assistant Managing Director IITH, Haji Abdul Majid bin Haji Hidup held at the IITGT iCARe office in Tungku Link.

The app ensures for the customers to get proper help anytime and anywhere, using GPS tracking technology to locate their vehicles and therefore shortening wait times.

In addition,  Haji Mohd Fuaad said in his speech that they will be adding more tow trucks to their lineup, as well as more motorcycles for the Car Accident Response Service, which assists motorists who may feel overwhelmed after an accident.
The 24-hour service is aimed at ensuring safety of drivers after an accident, and also helps them take statements and photographs on the scene, assists with arranging alternative transport, and makes sure customers’ interests are protected.

“We are proud to employ a majority of local staff to carry out the duties 24 hours, seven days a week,” said Hj Mohd Fuaad.

Available in both the App Store and Google Play, iCare will connect customers directly to the service centre to request towing services for mishaps such as a flat tyre or battery, empty fuel tank, or lost keys
